Immigration and border issues include the southern U.S. border and the relationship of Santa Fe as a “sanctuary city” to federal policies. Native American arts collective Postcommodity describes erecting a north-south border fence from Douglas, Arizona to Agua Prieta, Sonora. The fence was made of scare-eye balloons, a consumer bird-repellent product.
